Prime Minister Conte divides Italy into three: yellow, orange and red areas. With Sicily, Puglia becomes an ‘orange’ area with a high level of risk. For this reason, as of midnight on Friday, November 6, in our region, entry and exit movements will be prohibited except for those movements motivated by proven work needs or situations of need or for health reasons.

In the Dpcm it is recommended to avoid unnecessary movements during the day within the Municipality itself.

Circulation in municipalities other than residence, domicile or domicile is also prohibited. Also in this case unless there is a proven need for work or study, for health reasons, for a situation of need or to carry out activities or use services that are not suspended and not available in that municipality.

In the municipalities of Puglia it is forbidden to circulate from 10 pm to 5 am, except for proven reasons of work, necessity and health.

The activities of the catering services – bars, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors and pastry shops – are also suspended, with the exception of dining rooms and continuous catering in a contractual manner provided that the protocols or guidelines aimed at preventing or containing the infection. Catering with home delivery is only allowed in compliance with hygiene and health regulations, both for packaging and transport activities and catering with take-out food until 10 p.m., with prohibition of consumption on the spot or in the vicinity. For home delivery there are no restrictions

The food and beverage points of sale located in the service and refueling areas located along the highways, in the hospitals and in the airports remain open with the obligation to ensure in all cases the respect of the interpersonal distance of at least one meter.

Throughout Italy, shopping centers are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of essential activities present inside, such as pharmacies, parapharmacies, food, tobacconists and kiosks.

Closing of museums and exhibitions. Distance education has been activated for secondary schools, except for students with disabilities and in case of use of laboratories.
