The new Dpcm is back, self-certification throughout Italy

With the entry into force of the new dpcm, self-certification will also return tomorrow throughout the national territory. The form, to justify the movements, is the same that was already in use after the Decree of the Prime Minister of last October 24 in the regions where there were more restrictive ordinances than national measures and therefore where a touch of remains. Self-certification will be required in case of police control to travel from 10pm to 5am throughout Italy and to travel within and between the red areas.

Among the reasons that will allow displacements are the proven labor needs; health and other reasons permitted by current regulations or by decrees, ordinances and other measures that define the measures to prevent the spread of infection.
