The text of the new Dpcm, in worldwide and PDF format, has been published on the Government’s website. The new rules
Based on these premises, here are the bans that will begin tomorrow, Thursday, November 5, in areas, including Calabria, considered to be of maximum risk (Article 3 of the new Dpcm).

Only catering with home delivery is allowed in compliance with sanitary and hygienic regulations both for packaging and for transport activities, as well as catering with take-out food until 10 pm, with prohibition of consumption on site or nearby. In any case, the food and beverage outlets located in the service and refueling areas located along the highways, in hospitals and airports remain open, with the obligation to ensure in all cases the respect of the interpersonal distance of at least one meter;
d) all the activities provided for in article 1, paragraph 9, letters f) and g), also carried out in outdoor sports centers are suspended; all events and competitions organized by sports promotion bodies are also suspended;
