In the “red” regions, that is, those with the highest risk of contagion, will practically block: travel ban from your home except for work or health reasons or situations of need, walk only allowed close to home, everything stores closed. They will stay open alone food, pharmacy ed kiosks. the new dpcm approved overnight by the government and effective as of November 5. What changes from March, however, is that hairdressers and barbers they will remain open, provided that all security protocols are respected. Also allowed face-to-face teaching for kindergarten, elementary and middle school.

In the draft of the provision that was leaked yesterday, a total lockdown was initially expected for hairdressers. But in the final version of the text, sealed overnight, the executive decided to back down. In all the Regions to be classified in the third risk band (the highest) according to 21 epidemiological parameters established by the Higher Institute of Health, therefore a milder lockdown is looming than last year spring. In fact, as of March schools of all levels, as well as commercial establishments (including hairdressers), were closed indefinitely. This time, however, citizens will be able to accompany their children to class (up to sixth grade) and they will be allowed to cut their hair or shave at the hair salon.

Now it remains to be understood how the individual regions will be classified and how long the new restrictions will last. The task, according to the dpcm, corresponds to the Ministry of Health with an ad hoc ordinance, “after consulting the presidents of the regions concerned.” The hypothesis is that the decision may arrive the day after analyzing the Weekly tracking of the spread of the coronavirus in our country prepared by the Higher Institute of Health.

we need you.

In these weeks of pandemic, journalists, if we do our work conscientiously, we carry out a public service. Also for this reason, every day here at ilfattoquotidiano.it we are proud to offer hundreds of new content for free to all citizens: news, exclusive insights, expert interviews, surveys, videos and much more. However, all this work comes at great financial cost. Advertising, at a time when the economy is stagnant, offers limited income. Not in line with the access boom. That is why I ask those who read these lines to support us. Give us a minimum contribution, equal to the price of a cappuccino per week, which is essential for our work.
