A long confrontation between the Government and the Regions to specify the new Dpcm that will come into force on Thursday, November 5 and will remain so until December 3.
Italy divided into zones according to the trend of infections: in the highest risk zones, the so-called red zones, the main restrictions are the ban on traveling for non-essential activities (work or accompanying children to school), shops ( except food), bars and hotels closed.
For the high risk areas, therefore, in the orange areas, the shops remain open but the bars and restaurants close. Also limited in these areas is “any movement by means of public and private transport in a municipality other than that of residence” except for work, study, health and needs reasons.
The draft of the new Dpcm establishes that “a filling coefficient of no more than 50 percent” is allowed on board public transport for local transport and regional rail transport; this with the exclusion, however, of “dedicated school transportation”.
Curfew in all regions from 22 to 5. The Minister of Health will decide every 15 days to which bands the regions belong, with the relative measures.
Meanwhile, for the sanctioned categories, a second relief decree of one billion and a half euros is almost ready. Friuli Venezia Giulia president Fedriga is also requesting tax breaks for 2020 and 2021.
