ROME – The new Dpcm of the Conte government will take effect on Thursday. The signature is expected at night. There are already some drafts (not final and unconfirmed) of what the new restrictions will be. We are moving towards an inhomogeneous lockdown across Italy with a curfew from 22 to 5. It will be the infection rate that determines the restrictions. The truth is that, at this moment, Piedmont (also considering the latest bulletin updated to date) is in the red zone, that is, among the Regions that are in the worst shape. In the red zone, with Piedmont, also Lombardy, Calabria, South Tyrol and Valle d’Aosta. Orange zone for Puglia, Liguria and probably Veneto and Campania. The others will be in the green zone.

In the case of the Piedmont red zone, the Dpcm provides for the prohibition of any movement in and out of the territories, except movements motivated by proven labor needs or situations of need for health reasons. Allowed to return to your home, home or residence. Possible stop to travel by public or private means of transport in municipalities other than the residence. On board the public transport of local transport and regional rail transport, with the exception of dedicated school transport, filling of no more than 50% is allowed (rule already in force in Piedmont).

Suspended catering activities (bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries): only home delivery is allowed and, until 10 pm, take away catering. All stores closed, including hairdressers and beauticians. Suspension of activities in sports centers. Allowed to carry out sports activities exclusively outdoors and individually. For schools, lessons from home via the Internet from second grade onwards

In order not to incur fines and complaints when leaving home, it will be necessary to carry the self-certification.
