Rome, November 3, 2020 – Waiting for the new bulletin of the Ministry of Health on the progress of Coronavirus in Italy, but also waiting for the new Dpcm which will lead to new restrictive measures and to subdivision of the regions into three zones with the different risk scenarios. And next Tuesday the decree law that extends the state of emergency due to the epidemic will reach the Senate until January 31, 2021. “Doctors are concerned that this second wave is not a storm, but a tsunami that could overwhelm the system That is why we ask the government for more aggressive measures ”, writes the president of the company on Facebook. Federation of Italian Medical Orders, Filippo Anelli. “The problem today – he argues – concerns the health system, because the progressive occupation of places by Covid patients gradually reduces the possibility of guaranteeing care for other patients. Continuing like this, the situation could get out of control ”.
