“It is a difficult but unavoidable choice to be able to face the growing need for Covid places and give an immediate response that decongests our emergency rooms,” explains the Regional Minister of Health, Luigi Genesio Icardi-. Conversion of these aids allows us to assign fully dedicated hospital routes to Covid patients and separate them from those of non-Covid patients. The Piedmontese health system is making every effort to fully strengthen the entire hospital and territorial network, which the evolution of the pandemic is putting to the test throughout our country ”.
