For the second day in a row in Marche, total hospitalizations remain more or less stationary, but the increase in intensive and semi-intensive therapies is worrying. The update of the Health Service of the Region registers 13,095 positive cases for Coronavirus since the beginning of the emergency (+686) of which 6,950 discharged / cured (+75), 4,850 in home isolation (+606) and 286 hospitalized (+4). Patients in intensive care increased from 32 to 39, of which 18 at Torrette di Ancona (+2), eight at Pesaro Marche Nord hospital (+1), three at Covid hospital in Civitanova Marche (+1), eight at the San Benedetto del Tronto hospital (+2) and two at the Jesi hospital (+2). Instead, the intensive care of the Salesi pediatric hospital in Ancona is emptied (-1). There are 52 more hospitalizations in semi-intensive areas, three more than 24 hours ago: 28 in Marche Nord, 10 in Torrette, six in San Benedetto del Tronto, four in Jesi, two in Senigallia and two in Ascoli Piceno. There are 195 (-6) hospitalizations in non-intensive wards, of which 52 in Torrette, 18 in Marche Nord, 14 in IRCA Ancona, eight in Senigallia, 17 in Jesi, 32 in Fermo, two in Civitanova Marche hospital , 24 in Ascoli Piceno, 20 in Macerata, five in Fabriano and three in San Benedetto del Tronto.

The positives housed in RSA because they no longer need hospitalization are 78 (+14): 48 in Campofilone di Fermo, 12 in Chiaravalle and 18 in Galantara di Pesaro. Of the 686 new cases to date, 205 have been detected in the province of Macerata where the positives since the beginning of the emergency amount to 2,581, 158 in Ancona (3,548), 62 in Pesaro Urbino (3,630), 146 in Fermo (1,330), 92 in Ascoli Piceno (1,550) and 23 from outside the region (456). In the Marche region, the total of positives (hospitalized plus isolations) rises to 5,136 or 610 more than yesterday. Finally, the cases / contacts in home isolation totaled 9,524 (+724) of which 8,382 asymptomatic and 1,142 symptomatic: 3,413 in the province of Ancona, 1,715 in Pesaro Urbino, 2,357 in Macerata, 1,128 in Fermo and 911 in Ascoli Piceno. Among the cases / contacts in quarantine also 371 health workers.

Unfortunately, there are also 4 deaths: an 88-year-old woman living in Civitanova Marche died in the Civitanova Marche hospital, two 97 and 87-year-old women residing in Falconara Marittima and Camerano respectively died in the Ark of Ancona. from Pesaro Marche Nord, a 90-year-old resident of Fano died. In the last two weeks, 21 victims have been registered, while since the beginning of the emergency they have risen to 1,013: 602 men and 411 women with an average age of 81 years who, in almost 95% of cases, had previous pathologies . The most affected area continues to be the province of Pesaro Urbino with 525 victims, followed by Ancona with 218, Macerata 166, Fermo 68 and Ascoli Piceno 27.
