Once the Government has given the green light to the Ristori decree of 5,400 million, it is about understanding how and how quickly the aid will arrive to the current accounts of the categories affected by the contraction of the activities implemented in an attempt to stop the second wave of Covid-19 infections. Owners of restaurants, bars and pastry shops, managers of nightclubs and game rooms, but also the workers themselves affected by the contraction of anti-Covid activities that the executive foresees with the last Dpcm in force until November 24 (among other workers of entertainment, sports, seasonal workers, and intermittent workers) call for tight deadlines and quick snacks. Regarding the activities that have been closed, the Minister of Economy, Roberto Gualtieri, has assured: compensation for mid-November.
On the plate, non-refundable contributions doubled, or even quadrupled in some cases, with a maximum cap of 150 thousand euros, to support 460 thousand activities tested by the new anti-Covid restrictions. These are resources recovered from unused spending items, the cash “surplus” of monstrous loans, around 100 billion, put in place since the beginning of the crisis. Unlike the first edition of the non-refundable fund introduced in the relaunch decree, in this case the refreshment will be released from the loss of billing. The Ristori decree is scheduled for today, October 28, in the Official Gazette.

In the drafting phase of the provision, Gualtieri met the categories overwhelmed by the squeeze. To these he clarified that for those who have already obtained In recent months the compensation (Relaunch Decree), the recognition of the new funds will be automatic and will arrive by bank transfer to the current account by the Tax Agency “before November 15”. A concept that the Minister of Economy reiterated at the press conference to present the provision: the Ristori Decree, Gualtieri stressed, “is characterized by speed, simplification and efficiency.” “The non-refundable subsidy – he added – will be paid automatically to more than 300,000 companies that have already had it, so we hope to have all the transfers made by the Tax Agency in mid-November.”
Until now, the time in the allocation of compensation for those who have already obtained support in the past. For all others, that is, those who, being within the table of activities identified with the Ateco codes attached to the provision, they did not apply to receive the non-refundable contribution provided for by the relaunch decree, or they had a turnover and fees exceeding five million – explained the minister – there will be a new application (through the dedicated channel of the Revenue Agency, ed) that we hope will bring transfers in mid December “.
Among the latest news of the last hour, the implementation of a post to limit access to non-refundable aid stations only to activities with an active CIF on October 25, 2020. In fact, in recent days, the Tax Authority has registered a race to open a CIF or change Ateco codes to intercept the indemnities that have been approved by the executive. Hence the “squeeze” on the potential audience of beneficiaries.
