Covid Germany, new restrictions are on the way

Bars and pubs closed, only take away food is allowed. Limited meetings. Closed cinemas, theaters, swimming pools and gyms. Overnight stays in hotels allowed only for valid reasons. These are some of the New measures that, according to the draft measures reviewed by the agency Dpa, it would be Germany’s proposal to counteract the spread of the coronavirus. Measures that should enter into force on November 4 and will remain in force at least until the end of the month. And that will be presented by Chancellor Angela Merkel to the governors of Land 16 during a meeting by videoconference.

Germany registers 14,964 new cases of Covid-19. This is the highest figure since the start of the health emergency. The Robert Koch Institute newsletter also talks about 27 other deaths from the coronavirus pandemic.

The project also provides for the closure of beauty centers, massage centers and tattoo studios. There should be no news for retail, nor for hairdressers. Schools and nurseries must also remain open, but with new protocols. The draft underscores the need for “another joint effort, as in spring”, to ‘save’ the encounters between family and friends during Christmas.
