The ordinance of the President of the Region slides again. The encouraging signs of the contagion curve could be decisive

CAGLIARI. Another 24 hours of reflection and presentations: Ordinance number 49 has been postponed again. Governor Christian Solinas would be waiting for the Roman green light for the partial closure of ports and airports. It will be a “health barrier” agreed in any case with the different ministries, to avoid judicial consequences in the TAR courts, as happened in September. While in the other two key points of the ordinance in preparation – one hundred percent in distance education in secondary schools and opening hours of public places – the governor has already agreed on a grid with the regional technical-scientific committee. The latest official data on the chain of infections confirm that, these days, Sardinia is falling compared to the peaks of last week. The decrease in positives is one of the conditions provided for by the last Dpcm of the Government, so that the Regions can adopt different provisions from the national ones. If today the decline were to be confirmed again, Solinas would have to sign the order late at night after a confrontation with the leaders of the majority and opposition groups of the Regional Council.
