Non-refundable contributions Ristori Decree: who will take more
As a result of the dpcm of October 25, thousands of businesses will have to close completely until November 24 or reduce their activity from 6:00 p.m., dedicating only to take out food or home deliveries.
Among the financial aid, intended to compensate for the loss of income (such as the extension of the rental bond) are new non-refundable contributions, which according to the latest hypotheses will be recognized in a lesser way for those who can still work (although with time limitations ) and more funding for those who are forced to close.

- Refreshment of 100% (coefficient 1) of the sums already collected with the Relaunch Dl reserved for activities that, with the closure at 6 in the afternoon, may try to contain losses and continue operating: this is the case of ice cream parlors and pastry shops (including street vendors), bars and other similar establishments without kitchen;
- 150% (coefficient 1.5) for those who have suffered a partial damage, like catering with the administration; Farm-related catering activities, itinerant catering, hotels, tourist villages, youth hostels, mountain huts, mountain and marine colonies, short-stay owners, holiday houses and apartments, bed and breakfasts, residences, farm-related accommodation activities , camping areas and areas equipped for motorhomes and caravans, accommodation for students and workers with additional hotel services;
- 200% (coefficient 2) for the most damaged, then the companies forced to close: catering for events, banquets; film projection activities; organization of congresses and fairs; theaters, concert halls and other artistic installations, stadiums, swimming pools; multipurpose sports facilities, sports club activities, gyms; sports bodies and organizations, promotion of sports events; amusement and theme parks; game rooms and billiards; wellness center services; spas organization of parties and ceremonies; management of funiculars, chair lifts and chair lifts if they are not part of urban or suburban transit systems; rental of facilities and equipment for events and shows, activities related to lotteries and betting (including bingo halls);
- 400% (coefficient 4) for the activities closed even before of the Dpcm of October 25, such as dance halls and discos.
The calculation has been made on the basis of the monthly billing of the companies and activities affected by the provision. The new contribution would cover, on average, 40% of a monthly salary obtained from the old non-reimbursable fund.

Finally, the grants will be automatic for those who have already obtained the reimbursement provided for by the relaunch decree: Minister Gualtieri has guaranteed that in this case the application will not have to be submitted again.
The refreshment, for those who have already obtained the contribution of the “first edition”, will be disbursed in a week directly to the checking account.
Those who have not joined the first edition of the non-refundable fund or because they had a turnover of more than 5 million, must request it at the Agency and wait a few more weeks.
