Liguria. There are 1,127 new positive coronavirus cases in Liguria. This is what emerges from the latest bulletin with data on the health emergency in our Alisa Region and ministry.



Of these, 25 have been identified in Asl2: 12 are due to contact with a confirmed case, another 13 have been determined through detection activities. Another 68 have been identified in Asl1: 30 are due to contact with a confirmed case, another 38 have been determined by screening.

In Asl3, another 877 have been identified: 362 are due to contact with a confirmed case, another 479 have been verified through screening activities, another 35 have been found in social and health establishments, one has been identified after returning from a trip. Another 27 have been identified in Asl4: 12 have been in contact with a confirmed case, another 15 have been determined by screening. Finally, 130 have been identified in Asl5: 39 are due to contact with a confirmed case, another 81 have been determined through screening activities, and another 10 cases have been found within the social and health structures.

It should be noted that the ASL specification does not refer to the residence of the people but to the territorial headquarters of the laboratories where the swab was reported.

A total of 12,119 positive for coronavirus in Liguria (excluding those who were cured with two negative tests and those who died). I am 321 more than yesterday. The positive cases (including those recovered with two negative tests and those who died) are a total of 24,597, that is, 1,127 more than yesterday. The positive cases identified by the screening tests are 2,834 in total, that is, 59 more than yesterday. In total, 418,646 swabs were made, that is, 6,357 more than yesterday. 882 people are hospitalized, 48 more than yesterday, including 45 in intensive care.

There are 6,075 people in home isolation, 467 more than yesterday. The total of cured patients, with two consecutive negative tests, is 10,760, 792 more than yesterday. The increase in value stems from the implementation of the Ministry of Health circular on “the indications for the duration and end of isolation and quarantine.” A double swab is no longer needed to confirm healing (one is expected). The subjects under active surveillance are 5,559 in total.

The deceased are 1,641 and that is 9 more than yesterday. They are: an 89-year-old woman who died on October 23 at the Galliera hospital; a 92-year-old man who died on October 24 at the San Paolo de Savona hospital; a 101-year-old woman who died on October 24 in Asl4; two men aged 86 and 86 who died on October 24 in Galliera; three men aged 77, 62 and 96 who died on October 25 at Villa Scassi in Asl3; an 80-year-old woman who died on October 25 in San Martino; four men aged 64, 76, 87 and 80 who died on October 26 in San Martino in Genoa; a 95-year-old man who died on October 26 at the Sarzana hospital.

The positive residents in the province of Savona are 1,072 in total, 50 less than yesterday. There are 72 people admitted to the hospital, 2 more than yesterday. Three are in intensive care. The subjects under active surveillance are 1,745 in total.
