10/25/2020 – Clarification n. 41 of October 25, 2020 relating to Ordinance No. 84/2020
With reference to Ordinance No. 84 of October 25, 2020 (Additional measures for the prevention and management of the epidemiological emergency due to COVID-19. Ordinance in accordance with art. 32, paragraph 3, of the law of December 23, 1978, n. 833 on hygiene and public health and art. 3 of decree law March 25, 2020, n.19 Provisions relating to the municipality of Orta d’Atella (CE) and the urban center of the municipality of Marcianise (CE).) the following is specified :
1. As reported by the Mayor of the Municipality of Marcianise, the Shopping Centers located in the municipal area are not within the urban area of the municipality and, therefore, are not subject to the specific regime referred to in Ordinance 84/2020, without prejudice to all other current state and regional provisions.
2. As expressly provided in point 1) of the Ordinance, the citizens of the municipality of Marcianise may leave the city center, as indicated by the competent City Council, only for the reasons strictly provided for by the same Ordinance. These reasons do not include those related to the exercise of work activity, not even to move to other areas of the municipality of Marcianise, except for business owners or employees indicated in annexes 1 and 2 of the Prime Minister’s Decree of April 10, 2020 , and provided that their presence is essential in the absence of additional work units employed in the same year.
