The advance of Covid in Puglia does not stop, despite a slight decrease compared to the total number of the last days but with an increase in the percentage of infections compared to tampons: this is what emerges from reading the information compiled by the Department of Health Promotion in the usual way and daily regional bulletin.
There are 424 positives recorded in the last 24 hours out of 3,057 tests performed for Covid-19 coronavirus infection for a percentage of 14% in the infection-swab ratio. The cases are divided as follows: 198 in the province of Bari, 30 in the province of Brindisi, 42 in the province of Bat, 109 in the province of Foggia, 28 in the province of Lecce, 16 in the province of Taranto , 2 residents outside the region. 1 case of province of unknown residence has been attributed and reclassified.
Unfortunately, 10 deaths were recorded: 9 in the Bari province and 1 in the BAT province.
Since the beginning of the emergency, 526008 tests have been carried out. The number of cured patients rises to 6018, but also the number of currently positive patients, or 8279.
The total of positive cases of Covid in Apulia is 14,970 divided as follows: 6285 in the province of Bari; 1504 in the province of Bat; 1068 in the province of Brindisi; 3554 in the province of Foggia; 1119 in the province of Lecce; 1333 in the province of Taranto; 107 attributed to residents outside the region.
The prevention departments of APL have activated all the procedures for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information, with the aim of tracing close contacts.
