POWER – Of the 1,315 swabs processed in Basilicata over the weekend, 93 new cases of coronavirus positivity were recorded.
The regional working group announced this, specifying that eight infections affect people residing in Puglia and that in the last two days 22 people have healed.
The positive results found concern: 8 residents in Puglia and there diagnosed in isolation in Basilicata, 1 resident in Veneto and in isolation in Palazzo San Gervasio, 3 in Avigliano, 1 in Baragiano, 2 in Episcopia, 2 in Ferrandina, 8 in Genzano , 1 from Lagonegro, 1 from Irsina, 1 from Latronico, 5 from Lauria, 1 from Lavello, 6 from Maratea, 6 from Matera, 3 from Melfi, 1 from Nova Siri, 3 from Oppido Lucano, 2 from Palazzo San Gervasio, 3 from Pietragalla, 1 from Pignola, 15 from Potenza, 1 from Rionero, 1 from Rivello, 3 from Ruoti, 1 from Sant’Arcangelo, 1 from Senise, 3 from Stigliano, 1 from Tito, 1 from Tramutola, 1 from Venosa, 3 from Viggianello, 3 from Viggiano of which 1 in isolation at Marsicovetere.
In the same days, 22 people were healed: 5 from Brienza, 2 from Melfi, 1 resident in Tuscany in isolation in Corleto Perticara, 1 from Forenza in isolation in Rionero, 1 from Pignola in isolation in Potenza, 7 from Pescopagano and 5 from Potenza.
There are 900 currently positive Lucans (838 in the last update, plus 84 resident positives and 21 resident cures and 1 card related to a positive person from Lauria who in the October 23 report had been mistakenly counted twice) and from these 828 are in home isolation.
To the positives we must add a total of 44 deceased people.
There are 72 hospitalized in Lucanian hospitals: in the San Carlo hospital in Potenza 22 people are hospitalized in the infectious diseases ward, 20 in the pulmonology ward, 2 in the emergency ward, 3 in the intensive care ward; at the ‘Madonna delle Grazie’ hospital in Matera 18 people are in the infectious diseases ward, 3 in the pulmonology ward and 4 in the intensive care ward.
Since the beginning of the health emergency, 96,556 swabs have been analyzed, of which 94,668 were negative.
