Swabs at home, pharmacy tests, more public transportation, and no regulatory closures. Matteo Salvini launches his proposals, “of common sense”, says the leader of the League, on the management of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. It does so with a post on Facebook that lists the necessary measures according to Salvini that include “care and tampons at home, savings plan for the elderly, immediate cheap refreshment, right to study and non-stop activities that respect the rules.” Here’s Salvini’s “list”:
– Swabs at home and tests in the pharmacy, to eliminate the absurd queues of these weeks.
– A protocol to treat non-seriously ill patients immediately at home, including with hydroxychloroquine, in order not to obstruct hospitals and guarantee the treatment of other patients.
– Protection of the elderly and the most fragile subjects.
– Improvement of public transport.
– Hiring of doctors and nurses.
– Guaranteed right to study, with classroom teaching for children in kindergartens, kindergartens, elementary, middle and high schools up to 16 years of age, as well as for all disabled students.
– Money in the checking accounts of all workers, even the self-employed, damaged by new limitations.
– Payment of dismissals and late bonuses, as well as all debts of the Public Administration with individuals, families and companies.
– Issuance of 100,000 million 30-year Treasury Bills, under favorable conditions for Italian savers and investors.
– No closure of economic, commercial, cultural and sports activities that comply with the antivirus regulations already established.
