With the publication of the new Dpcm on October 24, the provisions change for almost everyone. Nothing will change in regions where distance education is already 100% available from tomorrow, or where this method of teaching lessons is already active, such as Campania. In the other regions where a 50% system was opted for, no later than Tuesday, October 27, schools must adapt to the new provisions contained in the provision valid for the entire national territory, unless there are new interventions by the Regions to modify the percentage of the father, which, however, cannot be less than 75%.

“For kindergartens and first cycle schools, didactic activity is still present. For second grade secondary institutions – read the ministerial circular – the minimum threshold for the provision of integrated digital learning activities is increased, according to the new provisions, to at least 75%, even if regional ordinances carry a lower limit“.
