the summary of the new provisions and prohibitions:
The provisions of this decree apply from the date of October 26, 2020 and are in force until November 24, 2020.
It is strongly recommended to all natural persons not to travel by public or private means of transport, except for proven needs for work or study, for health reasons, for situations of need or to carry out activities or use non-suspended services;
It is mandatory in public places open to the public, as well as in all commercial establishments, to place a sign at the entrance of the place that indicates the maximum number of people admitted at the same time in the same place;
Theme and amusement park activities are suspended;
Sporting events and individual and group sports competitions that take place anywhere, both public and private, are suspended;
Only sporting events and competitions, recognized by the CONI of national interest, are allowed in the professional and amateur sector;
Sporting events and competitions, as well as training sessions for competitive athletes, are still permitted within sports facilities used behind closed doors or outdoors without the presence of the public;
The activities of gyms, swimming pools, swimming centers, wellness centers, spas, as well as cultural centers, social centers and recreational centers are suspended;
Basic sports activities and physical activity in general carried out in public and private sports centers and clubs are allowed, complying with the rules of social distancing and without any encounter;
The activities of the games rooms, betting rooms and bingo halls and casinos are suspended;
Shows open to the public are suspended in theaters, concert halls, cinemas and in other spaces, even outdoors;
However, the activities that take place in dance halls and discos and similar venues, outdoors or indoors, remain suspended;
Parties indoors and outdoors are prohibited, including those resulting from civil and religious ceremonies;
Regarding private homes, it is strongly recommended not to receive people other than people who live together, except for proven work needs or situations of need and urgency;
Conventions, congresses and other events are suspended, with the exception of those held remotely;
Second grade secondary education institutions adopt flexible forms in the organization of teaching activities, increasing the use of integrated digital education, for a participation equivalent to 75% of the activities, further modulating the management of entry and exit times of the students by means of the possible use of afternoon shifts and arranging that the entry is not made in any case before 9:00 hours;
As of October 26, 2020, the activities of the catering services (including bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries) are allowed from 5:00 to 18:00;
Consumption at the table is allowed for a maximum of four people per table, unless everyone lives together;
After 18:00 it is forbidden to consume food and beverages in public places open to the public;
Catering with home delivery is always allowed, as well as catering with takeaway food until 24:00, with prohibition of consumption on site or in the vicinity;
The public administrations establish a differentiation of the time of entry of the personnel. Private employers also recommend differentiation of staff entry times;
The use of agile work mode by private employers is strongly recommended.
