“This situation is creating new inequalities and sacrifices that are affecting especially those who cannot have fixed income. For all of them there are already allowances that will compensate for the lower income. They will be non-refundable contributions. The soft drinks will reach the current account of the interested parties by bank transfer. The second installment of Imu that expired on December 16 and other compensation will be canceled. Those who will be forced to suspend their activities will have funds disbursed precisely in this sense ”.

During the night, according to the Ansa agency, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte signed the new Dpcm that contains new and more onerous rules on the fight against the contagion of the coronavirus. Among the many already announced in the previous hours, also the most feared by economic operators: bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors, starting tomorrow, it will have to close at 6:00 p.m. Gym and swimming pool activities are also suspended. The decree will remain in effect until November 24.

BARS, RESTAURANTS

Catering services (bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries, etc.) may operate every day from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.

AFTER 6:00 p.m.: the consumption of food and beverages in public places and open to the public is prohibited

Consumption at the table is allowed for a maximum of 4 people per table, unless they all live together

Catering with TAKE AWAY is allowed until midnight but consumption is not allowed on site or nearby

The following remain allowed WITHOUT TIME LIMITS:

HOME DELIVERY in accordance with health and hygiene regulations

Catering in hotels and other accommodation facilities limited to its customers, who stay there.

Shops

Retail businesses are open but must be insured:

interpersonal distance of at least one meter

deferred admissions

Prohibition of staying in the premises longer than necessary for the purchase.

Obligation to display a poster indicating the maximum number of people who can access based on security protocols and guidelines

SCHOOL

For PRIMARY and MIDDLE, face-to-face teaching continues

In SUPERIOR SCHOOLS, distance learning is carried out during at least 75% of the activity, further modulating the management of students’ entry and exit times, even with afternoon shifts. Admissions from 9 am
