Bars and restaurants closed from 6:00 p.m., stop in cinemas, theaters, gyms and swimming pools

ROME / LECCO – Prime Minister’s signature arrived overnight, Giuseppe Conte, on the new Dpcm with the anti-contagion measures that impose a greater tightening of economic activities to try to contain the spread of the Coronavirus.
The document will be illustrated in the afternoon by the Prime Minister and is the result of a tough confrontation with the Regions. The measurements will be valid from tomorrow, Monday until November 24. Here are the main news:
SCHOOLS
Didactic and educational activity is guaranteed for the first educational cycle and for educational services for children. Secondary schools (baccalaureate) adopt flexible forms in the organization of face-to-face and distance learning, with the possibility of taking afternoon shifts and organizing check-ins after 9 a.m. In Lombardy, however, there is a regional ordinance that imposes education distance in secondary schools until November 13.
PUBLIC PLACES
Confirmed the closure at 18 (until 5 in the morning) of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and pastry shops, avoiding their total closure on weekends. Up to four people can sit at the table as long as they live together. After 6 pm it is forbidden to consume food and beverages in public places.
The restaurant is allowed inside the hotels but reserved for the guests staying there. Catering is allowed with home delivery until midnight and to take away, with prohibition of consuming meals on site or in the vicinity of the premises. Open catering facilities at service stations along the highway network, in hospitals and airports.
SPECTACLES AND LEISURE
Stop the activity of cinemas, theaters and wellness centers. Closed slot rooms and betting centers. Stadiums and sports halls will once again be out of the reach of spectators. Ballrooms and discos are closed. Public events are only allowed on a ‘static’ basis.
SPORT
Closed gyms, swimming pools. Basic sports activity and physical activity carried out outdoors are allowed in sports centers and public clubs and parks, complying with the social distancing regulations. Sports events and individual and collective sports competitions are suspended, except for recognized competitions of national interest in the professional and amateur sectors.
