Extraordinary competition for the role mentioned in DD n. 510 of April 23, 2020 and DD n. 783 of July 8, 2020 – Testing has already begun but USR is still seeking commissioners. There are many technical and organizational difficulties in this competition, but the problem of finding commissioners is not new, it was already obvious to find ourselves in this situation.
It should be noted that the decrees that establish the commissions have been published for a few days in numerous RSUs. And this, given that the competition has already started, was a duty as well as necessary.
There is no shortage of difficulties, the applications are usually few and you also need to have a naming package ready for any replacement (mainly for the health emergency).
So again in recent days the USR Liguria has published a sentence addressed to the Managers of the Offices of the Territorial Area of Liguria, the Managers of School Institutions of all levels in Liguria, the Teaching Staff and the Administrative Staff of the Institutions Schoolchildren from Liguria, To the University of Genoa to find curators.
After remembering the requirements for each figure included in the commissions, the USR writes
Finally, it should be noted that compared to previous competition procedures, in which written, oral and practical tests were provided (see DD.DD.GG. 105-106-107 / 2016) or an oral test (see DDG85 / 2018), the current one establishes that candidates must take only a computerized written test: the commitment required of the evaluation commissions for this tender procedure is, therefore, less onerous ”.
In fact, this is one of the reasons why it is so difficult to find curators. An onerous assignment in terms of time, effort, travel, responsibility, without exemption from service and with a salary that does not correspond to the required commitment.
This time, the USR notes, it’s about correcting just a computer-based written test.
And for the next regular competitions, which should take place shortly? The problem will repeat itself without change.
