The first case refers to a family unit, resident in Misano Adriatico, made up of four adults and a minor, who since April received 1,050 euros of citizenship income, declaring zero on the Isee certificate. But from the findings of the Fiamme Gialle, for the years 2017 and 2018, 376,000 euros emerged from the entrepreneurial activity of which the mother and daughter owned. In addition, the two had not informed the INPS of the purchase, in June, of two cars: a 37,000-euro Mercedes in the name of the mother and a 32,000-euro Toyota in the name of her daughter.
In the second case, however, the Rimini Gdf discovered a 28-year-old man, also a resident of Misano Adriatico, who, since April 2019, was receiving 500 euros a month in citizenship income. In reality, he was also the owner of a company active in the ‘other business support services’ sector and, contrary to what was stated for Isee purposes, he had earned, between 2017 and 2018, a good 125,000 euros. In addition, it did not notify the INPS of the purchase of two cars, a Toyota for 35,000 euros and a Mercedes for 37,000 euros. For this reason, the three people were denounced before the judicial authorities and the Rimini INPS, for the immediate blocking of the disbursement of the citizens’ income and the activation of the recovery of the sums collected improperly.
