Lombardy ordinance, curfew starting tonight: here are the rules and self-certification
Lombardy establishes distance learning “for the whole group of the class” from Monday as long as the schools can guarantee it, while it will not be possible to circulate from 23 to 5 from this afternoon and until November 13 except “work needs proven or situations of need or urgency or for health reasons “, which must be self-certified.

The ordinance also suspends all competitions and competitions of regional or provincial interest recognized by the Coni and the federations, while allowing amateur clubs and associations to be trained, guaranteeing respect at the distance of two meters. The closure of large sales structures during the weekend is confirmed but the list does not include groceries, pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists and there is no prohibition of shops with an area greater than 250 square meters. Each store must display a sign with the maximum number of people allowed, as established by the last Dpcm, while the bars and refreshment stations without consumption at the counter will close at 18.
Home delivery and take-out catering are still possible, but without consuming food and beverages on site and in the surrounding area. To further limit the effects of wild nightlife, it is forbidden to consume food and beverages from 6 to 5 in areas open to the public, as well as the consumption of alcohol in public areas, including parks and gardens. The ordinance in summary provides:
- restrictions on the opening of large commercial structures and shopping centers on weekends
- Measures to avoid overcrowding at food and beverage points of sale and at points of sale.
- prohibition of holding community fairs and festivals;
In relation to the Ordinance already in force since October 16, it was also decided that:
- for amateur contact sport, local, provincial and regional competitions and competitions remain suspended. On the other hand, individual trainings can be carried out on condition that preventive measures against contagion are observed.
- Second level secondary education centers must carry out their activities from October 26 in order to guarantee the full development of distance learning for distance classes.
- A series of anti-crowd measures are also planned.
More limitations are introduced with a second ordinance, again signed today by Fontana to share with the mayors of the provincial capital city of the region. Stricter measures at school: in the final version of the text, from Monday the lessons of the higher and professional institutes will be held only with distance education, while for the others it is recommended to organize “as soon as possible” the development of dad.
