Coronavirus, curfew and self-certification. From Lombardy to Campania, the ordinances

Rome, October 21, 2020 – Not just Lombardy and Campania. There are more and more ordinances local, signed by regional presidents and mayors, to counteract the spread of infections Coronavirus in different areas of the country. Meanwhile, the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, invited Italians to “stay home” as much as possible.
These are the main measures that provide for more restrictive measures in Italy.

Lombardy

Curfew throughout Lombardy from Thursday, October 22 to November 13. L ‘order, signed by Governor Attilio Fontana and by Minister Speranza, establishes that from 11 at night until 5 in the morning of the next day we can travel only for “proven work needs”, situations of need and urgency and health reasons. And in any case, the return home is allowed. A self-certification will be required and the sanctions (from 400 to 3,000 euros) are those provided by the decree of March 25 on the emergency of the Coronavirus.

Campania

Stop for “all activities” from 11pm to 5amIt is prohibited to travel “from the province of residence or habitual residence” as of Friday, October 23. The curfew in Campania is specified in Ordinance number 82 of the Region signed by Vincenzo De Luca. A measure with which the governor asks the Ministry of Health to impose more restrictions. The management of the Coronavirus emergency goes through new measures. And drastic closures. The Crisis Unit will decide on the school and will be able to establish the reopening of the institutes “as of October 26”.

Trento

In Trento, Mayor Franco Ianeselli has prohibited, until January 31, 2021 including the take away sale (also via vending machines) from alcoholic and spirits from 10 am to 5 am the next day in public and private areas open to the public in the municipal area. The provision also establishes the prohibition of the possession (with the exception of closed and intact containers) of beverages of any kind (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and the consumption of them from 10 pm to 5 am the following day. Within the commercial and artisanal activities of the food sector, on-site consumption is allowed until 6 in the afternoon.

South tyrol

Ordinance effective today until the end of november in South Tyrol. In addition to confirming the cancellation of the Christmas Markets, the provision establishes that the distance education for secondary schools it is equivalent to 30% of the teaching hours, with a particular focus on the last three years where this percentage could increase even more. Sports chapter: all amateur leagues held at the provincial level are also suspended. Regional, interregional, national and international competitions and championships will continue on a regular basis. The gaming and betting halls are open from 8 am to 6 pm. Piacenza

Closure of residences for the elderly in the order signed by the mayor of Piacenza, Patrizia Barbieri. The measures include family visits allowed only in cases of extreme need, recreational activities suspended when the presence of volunteers and external personnel is expected, stopping at entrances with positive virus cases inside the structure.
