10/20/2020 – This morning a meeting was held with the school unions in which full agreement was expressed on the measures taken to prevent and combat the Covid emergency. During the meeting, the next initiatives under consideration by the Crisis Unit subject to Ordinance no. 82 that President Vincenzo De Luca signed at night.
The contents of the new ordinance are shown below.
Once the epidemiological data of schools have been acquired, which attest to a continuous increase in verified cases that have doubled in some territories, as well as the data related to the entire regional context, the provisions of the previous School Ordinances remain firm, with two new decisions:
1) Immediate start of projects aimed at classroom teaching for children with autism and / or disabilities;
2) Orientation to the reopening of activities in the presence of primary schools as of Monday, October 26, subject to a new verification that will be carried out in the coming days on the evolution of infections registered in school personnel and students .
Regarding the other decisions related to the prevention and contrast of the epidemic, the Region has asked the Minister of Health to share and order the suspension of all activities from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and travel from 12 a.m. starting from the next ending. week, throughout the regional territory.
For epidemiological data from the Naples metropolitan area and in relation to the Municipality of Arzano, the establishment of the red zone in the Municipality of Arzano will be organized.
Finally, to counteract the gatherings and in any case reduce mobility, the Ordinance will provide for the limitation of interprovincial movements, if it is not justified – after self-certification – for reasons of work, health, education, social assistance, supply of basic necessities .
