AUSL data from southeast Tuscany showed 30 New cases of Coronavirus more than yesterday in the province of Siena. They are in general 143 the positives in the territory of the southeast of Tuscany Ausl: 86 new cases detected in the province of Arezzo and 27 in the province of Grosseto. There’s also 39 people who were weakly positive in the first swab and who wait for the second that can confirm the positivity or not: 34 are from Arezzo, 1 extra ASL, 3 from Grosseto and 1 from Siena.

The Prevention Department has intensified the follow-up of close contacts. This activity has stood out for the moment in general 99 contacts: 52 for the cases detected in the province of Siena, 24 for those detected in the province of Arezzo and 23 for the cases in the province of Grosseto. All subjects underwent a swab from which the Ausl is awaiting the results.
Currently in southeastern Tuscany Ausl 4,847 people are in home isolation due to a known case contact or because they come from other countries. The positives in charge are 1,851 at home and 22 in intermediate care and 28 at the health hotel.
There are a total of people admitted to the facilities of the territory of Southeast Tuscany Ausl 91: twenty-one are located in the Covid Area of the University Hospital of Siena (according to the latest data published yesterday, Sunday, October 18), 3 of them in intensive care; 55 are in the San Donato hospital in Arezzo: 50 in the department of Infectious Diseases and 5 in the Intensive Care Unit: 15 are hospitalized in the Misericordia hospital in Grosseto: 14 in the department of Infectious Diseases and 2 in the Unit of Intensive care.
The stamps validated in the last 24 hours in the southeast of Tuscany Ausl are in total 2,446.
