The new government decree
With the extension of the state of emergency until January 31, 2021, the possibility of so-called smart work is also expanded simplified introduced in the emergency phase (scheduled until October 15) to try to limit the spread of the coronavirus infection.
Remote work has changed our lives, our habits and even the spaces within our homes by having to equip ourselves to get an office corner.
Covid-19 has also pushed companies to reorganize their work methods and adopt agile work by changing their purpose: from an original idea of conciliation, that is the possibility that the employee is given to reconcile work and life. The staff who work a few days from home was necessary to ensure the health of the people and the continuity of the company’s activities.
The extension of the state of emergency allows companies to place workers in smart working unilaterally and without the individual agreements required by law 81/2017.
