Movida: From 9pm it is possible to close squares and streets. One of the most important novelties of the new Dpcm refers to the possibility that mayors close the streets and squares of the nightlife where youth encounters have often been registered in recent days. The stop can be activated at 9:00 p.m. if the mayor of each inhabited center considers that the anti-collection regulations are not respected (masks, groups of no more than six people, etc.). The closure of streets and squares, obviously, will not apply to the neighbors of the houses opposite and those who have to leave the shops or bars that are legitimately open.

Bars and restaurants: Stop at midnight and from 6:00 p.m. only table service
A sign should be placed at the entrance of each restaurant indicating the maximum number of people allowed in the restaurant at the same time. Obviously, the calculation must respect the current guidelines starting from the distance meter. The activities of the catering services (including bars, pubs, restaurants, patisseries) are allowed from 5:00 to 24:00 with a maximum of six people per table. After 6 pm only table consumption is allowed. Home delivery is allowed and, until midnight, take-away food, which, however, cannot be consumed while stopping near the premises to avoid crowds.
Schools: For high school, more online lessons and staggered admissions
The Dpcm goes the extra mile for high schools on both the staggering number of admissions and online lessons front. In practice, secondary schools should not start their lessons before 9 or, whenever possible, also take them in the afternoon. Also, online lessons, albeit partially, must accompany those present. Colleges are also asked to prepare plans for the full transition to online lessons. In addition, the renewal of the collegiate bodies of educational institutions can be carried out remotely in accordance with the principles of secrecy.
Grassroots sport: Contact disciplines, not provincial level competitions
Basic amateur sports, schools and initial training activities related to contact sports are allowed only on an individual basis and competitions and competitions are prohibited. All competitions, competitions and activities related to contact sports that have a recreational-amateur nature are suspended. Futsal, basketball and other contact sports are now prohibited at the amateur level and all youth activities and local and provincial championships have been included in the provision (for football the third category and in some cases the second).
Games and bingo: Limited openings from 8am to 9pm and stricter rules
The activities of arcades, betting rooms and bingo halls are allowed from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. provided that the Regions and Autonomous Provinces have previously verified the compatibility of the performance of the aforementioned activities with the evolution of the epidemiological situation in their territories and that identify the appropriate applicable protocols or guidelines to prevent or reduce the risk of contagion in the reference sector or in similar sectors; These protocols or guidelines are adopted by the Regions or by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces.
Community celebrations: All local festivals and fairs are prohibited. Stop at all the lectures
Stop at all lectures in attendance. Local festivals and fairs are also prohibited. National and international exhibitions and congresses are allowed, subject to the adoption of the Protocols validated by the Technical-Scientific Committee referred to in art. 2 of the ordinance of February 3, 2020, n. 630, of the Head of the Department of Civil Protection. This must be done in accordance with organizational measures that are appropriate to the size and characteristics of the places and that guarantee visitors the possibility of respecting interpersonal distance of at least one meter.
Smart work: Will increase in public administration
In order to limit movements and contacts between people, the government’s indication to the public administration (but indirectly also to individuals) is that at least 70/75% of the personnel work in smartworking, obviously in shifts. The provision is not included in the Dpcm but was assigned by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte to the Minister responsible for the sector, Fabiana Dadone. Among the “minor” measures there is also one relating to driving schools: examinations can be suspended at any time in the areas of the country where the epidemic will manifest itself most virulently.
Sport: In seven days the closure of gyms and swimming pools will be decided
In the gymnasiums and swimming pools there was a very strong confrontation between the Scientific Technical Committee in favor of its closure and the regions that opposed it. A compromise solution emerged. In practice, it will be decided within a week on its closure based on an investigation into compliance with security measures. In the sports field, it is confirmed that amateur activities can no longer be carried out except individual ones. He seems to understand that only national and regional events can be held. All amateur competitions suspended.
