Covid, 370 new positives in Liguria: two Savonese died

Liguria. There are 370 new positive coronavirus cases in Liguria. This is what emerges from the latest bulletin with data on the health emergency in our Alisa Region and ministry.



Of these, 41 have been identified in Asl2: 14 are due to contact with a confirmed case, another 27 have been determined through detection activities. Another 31 have been identified in Asl1: 15 are due to a contact with a confirmed case, another 16 have been determined by screening.

Another 212 have been identified in Asl3: 90 are due to contact with a confirmed case, another 122 have been determined through detection activities. Another 3 have been identified in Asl4: one is due to contact with a confirmed case, another 2 have been determined through detection activities. Finally, 83 were identified in Asl5: 41 are due to contact with a confirmed case, another 42 were determined through screening activities.

It should be noted that the ASL specification does not refer to the residence of the people but to the territorial headquarters of the laboratories where the swab was reported.

A total of 6,687 positive for coronavirus in Liguria (excluding those cured with two negative tests and the deceased). I am 329 more than yesterday. The positive cases (including those recovered with two negative tests and those who died) are 18,115 in total, 370 more than yesterday. The positive cases identified by the screening tests are in total 2,330, 29 more than yesterday. The total number of positive cases in symptomatic patients stands at 15,785, that is, 341 more than yesterday.

In total, 376,443 swabs were made, which is 3,328 more than yesterday. 441 people are hospitalized, 39 more than yesterday, of which 39 in intensive care (2 more than yesterday).

There are 3,318 people in home isolation, 162 more than yesterday. The total of cured patients, with two consecutive negative tests, is 9,792, 38 more than yesterday. A total of 4,419 subjects under active surveillance.

The deceased are 1,636 and that is 3 more than yesterday: it is an 88-year-old man who died on October 16, an 81-year-old woman who died on October 16 and a 92-year-old woman who died on October 17 ; all were hospitalized in San Martino di Genova. In the last 24 have died: in Asl2 a 91-year-old woman and a 90-year-old man both from the province of Savona; in Asl3 an 80-year-old woman living in Rapallo; in La Galliera a 77-year-old woman living in Ronco Scrivia and hospitalized in geriatrics and an 83-year-old woman living in Genoa and hospitalized in geriatrics; in San Martino a 73-year-old man residing in Genoa and hospitalized in a critical medical area.

There are 603 positive residents in the province of Savona, 40 more than yesterday. There are a total of 43 people hospitalized, 6 more than yesterday. Three are in intensive care. The subjects under active surveillance are 1,472 in total.
