THE REGIONAL SITUATION, TODAY, OCTOBER 16 2020 – Today in the Region with 13,500 swabs Check in 544 most positive cases compared to yesterday (yesterday there were 453 the day before but with a thousand fewer tampons), of which 252 asymptomatic identified in the context of regional contact tracing and detection activities. Regarding the situation in the provinces, the highest figures are registered in those of Bologna (121), Reggio emilia (77), Piacenza (61), Modena (58), Parma (58), Rimini (56), Ferrara (45), a Forlì (34), Ravenna (2. 3), Cesena (eleven).

New cases in the province of Rimini am 56, of which 25 asymptomatic. In detail: 23 are sporadic patients identified by symptomatology; 27 are contacts with certain cases, most of which are family members and already in isolation at the time of diagnosis; 2 identified with the pre-hospital test for another pathology, in addition to 3 cases referred to people who have returned from abroad (Albania, Romania and Ukraine). Another case identified through the risk category tests introduced by the Region.

HOSPITALIZED PEOPLE – Patients in intensive care become 61 (+ 12), while those hospitalized in the other rooms of the Covid are 404 (+ 12). In the territory, the 61 people admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 5 in Piacenza, 5 in Parma, 2 in Reggio Emilia, 6 in Modena (-1), 27 in Bologna and 1 in Imola (+11) , 3 in Ferrara (+2), 3 in Ravenna, 3 in Forlì, 2 in Cesena and 4 in Rimini.
