The text of the new decree establishes strict obligations and limitations to prevent the spread of the virus. Here, in detail, is everything we need to do for the next 30 days.
- More expensive: it is mandatory to always carry the masks with you and to wear them indoors (except in private homes) and in outdoor places where it is not possible to keep the space of at least 1 meter. The obligation expires for those who practice sports, for those under 6 years of age and for people with disabilities incompatible with the use of the mask. The use of protective devices at home is also recommended, in the presence of people who do not live together.
- Holidays: discos and dance halls remain closed, in addition to the prohibition of indoor and outdoor parties. On the other hand, civil or religious ceremonies such as weddings are allowed, with the rules established by the protocols already in force, which can be celebrated with the maximum participation of 30 people in compliance with the protocols and guidelines in force. In private homes, “however, it is strongly recommended to avoid parties and receive non-cohabitants” in number “greater than 6”.
- School: stop on educational trips, exchange or twinning initiatives, guided visits and educational outings planned by educational institutions of all levels, with the exception of transversal skills and orientation courses, as well as practical activities ”. Distance learning is not envisaged, not even for secondary schools.
- Move: restaurants, bars, pubs, ice cream parlors and patisseries that provide table service may remain open until midnight, while failing that, closing begins at 9:00 p.m. “Catering with delivery service” and “Catering with food to take away” but “with prohibition of consumption in the place or in the vicinity after 21”.
- Cinema and concerts: the limit of 200 participants for closed events and 1,000 for outdoor events is maintained, with the obligation of a distance of 1 meter between one place and another and the allocation of seats. Events in which it is not possible to maintain safety distances are suspended. The autonomous regions and provinces may establish, in agreement with the Minister of Health, a different maximum number of spectators depending on the size and characteristics of the seats. In any case, the ordinances already adopted by the autonomous regions and provinces are reserved.
- Sport: Amateur races, competitions and activities related to contact sports are prohibited. These are allowed “” by professional clubs and, both on a competitive and grassroots level, by amateur associations and clubs recognized by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), by the Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP), in accordance with the protocols issued by the respective national sports federations, associated sports disciplines and sports promotion bodies, suitable for preventing or reducing the risk of contagion in the reference sector or in related sectors ”.
- Stadiums: the presence of the public is allowed, “with a maximum filling percentage of 15% of the total capacity and in any case no more than the maximum number of 1,000 spectators” outdoors and 200 indoors. The distance of 1 meter and the measurement of fever at the entrance must be guaranteed. The autonomous regions and provinces, in relation to the progress of the epidemiological situation in their territories, may establish, in agreement with the Minister of Health, a different maximum number of spectators depending on the size and characteristics of the places and facilities; With reference to the maximum number of spectators for events and non-outdoor sports competitions, the ordinances already adopted by the autonomous regions and provinces are subject in any case.
