The organization was made up of health personnel (some also attached to the Regional Health Service and employees in the 118 territorial emergency posts), collaborators of a company that operates in the medical device marketing sector and several fixators suspected of belonging to an association criminal.

The rhino-pharyngeal swabs illegally practiced by the organization discovered today by the Nas of Naples were processed through electromedical devices and instrumental kits that were deemed non-regulatory or inappropriate for the specific diagnostic test and therefore potentially dangerous. also for the spread of the epidemic.

The organization did not have administrative and health authorizations. In addition, they did not report the results of the swabs to the health authorities. During the searches, the Nas and the carabinieri of the Naples and Caserta provincial commands collected elements on the real illegality in the execution procedure and the subsequent analysis and reporting activities, as well as seized abundant health-certification documentation, more than 10 thousand kits for tampons of which some expired, hundreds of rapid tests, computer equipment, electromedical equipment to process swabs and serological tests, plus a large sum of money.
