The region with the most cases is Lombardy (+1,080), followed by Campania (+635), Piedmont (585), Lazio (579, historical record) and Veneto (485). No region with zero cases, the best is Basilicata with 8 new infections. The total since the beginning of the epidemic amounts to 365,467. While the total of deaths is 36,246. Those cured are increasing, 1,428 today (yesterday 891), for a total of 242,028. The number of positive people currently rises by another 4,429 (yesterday 3,689), and they are 87,193 in total.

Even in Sicily there is an increase in cases with 334 new coronavirus positives. Currently the positives are 4,877 (+195) with two new deaths that bring the total to 341. The discharged and cured are in total 4,708 (+137). Total hospitalizations also increased: 470 (+24) and intensive care 44 (+2). Therefore, the total number of cases rises to 9,926 when 561,166 swabs were performed, an increase of +8,340 compared to yesterday.
