Even those who are physically active outside should wear a mask. The Interior Ministry writes in a circular signed yesterday afternoon by Chief of Staff Bruno Frattasi with which clarifications are given to the prefects about the decree law approved on October 7.
By motor activity, as the ministry points out, “we must understand mere walking and not running, even that which is carried out for amateur purposes, since it goes back to sports activity.” Therefore, he concludes, “you can continue jogging and jogging without the need for a mask.”
Mandatory mask also for walking
The provision that provides for the use of the mask “exempts from the obligation to use only those who have sports activity in progress and not the motor, not exempted, however, from the obligation in question.”
In the drafts of the decree circulated in recent days it was written that the obligation to wear the mask was exempted from “those who are doing sports or motor activities” but in the text published in the Gazzetta the exemption was only for those who do sports.

Fines to pubs and restaurants that will make customers dance
Among the novelties are also the sanctions for the operators of restaurants, bars and pubs that will offer dance activities for customers, an activity that instead, it is worth remembering, is prohibited. In short, no more “dinner shows” as many exhibitors had tried to propose to circumvent the rules that have closed the discos.
