Coronavirus, 213 new positives in Liguria: another 3 deaths and the number of hospitalized increases

Liguria. There are 213 new coronavirus positives in Liguria out of 4,033 swabs in 24 hours. This is what emerges from the latest bulletin with data on the health emergency in our Alisa Region and ministry.



Of these, 13 were identified in ASL2: 12 were in contact with a confirmed case, another case thanks to the screening activity, and one from a return trip abroad. Another 13 were identified in Asl1: 12 were in contact with a confirmed case, another with screening activity.

Another 143 were found in Asl3: of these, 48 were in contact with a confirmed case, another 94 were identified through screening and one after returning from a trip abroad. Another 3 cases come from ASL4, 2 found thanks to the screening activity and another due to contact with a confirmed case. Finally, another 36 were found in As15: of them, 13 were in contact with a confirmed case, another 23 were identified by screening.

It should be noted that the ASL specification does not refer to the residence of the people but to the territorial headquarters of the laboratories where the swab was reported.

A total of 3,995 positive coronavirus cases in Liguria (excluding those recovered with two negative tests and the deceased). I am 69 more than yesterday. Positive cases (including those recovered with two negative tests and those who died) totaled 14,883, that is, 213 more than yesterday. The positive cases identified by the screening tests are in total 2,047 and that is 36 more than yesterday. The total number of positive cases in symptomatic patients stands at 12,836, that is, 177 more than yesterday.

In total, 344,162 swabs were made, 4,033 more than yesterday.

The patients admitted to the hospital are 248 in total, 23 more than yesterday. There are 26 in intensive care.

There are 2,198 people in home isolation, 148 more than yesterday. The total of cured, with two consecutive negative tests, is 9,271, 142 more than yesterday. There are 3,911 subjects under active surveillance and the deaths amount to 1,618: a 96-year-old man who died on October 9 in geriatrics at the Sarzana hospital and a resident of La Spezia; 93-year-old woman who died on October 8 at the Savona hospital. And in the last 24 hours there has been the death of an 89-year-old man living in Genoa, who died on October 9 in the Critical Medical Area of ​​San Martino.

There are 280 positive residents in the province of Savona, there are a total of 17 people hospitalized (one more than yesterday), one in intensive care. The subjects under active surveillance are 689 in total.
