Walter Ricciardi, a consultant for the Ministry of Health, did not undo himself on a new possible grip: “The numbers tell us that we are still in a containment phase, in which, respecting the rules that we have set, we can reverse the trend. Otherwise, we will be forced to move to the mitigation phase, with closures at the local level ”.
