Obligations and penalties

They can adopt “expansive” ones, therefore more permissive, only in cases where the dpcm expressly provides for it and after obtaining the consent of the technical-scientific committee. In any case, the Regions must “simultaneously inform the Ministry of Health.”

Today, the requirement for molecular or antigen testing with swabs is envisaged for those arriving from Croatia, Greece, Malta, Spain, as well as from Paris and seven other regions of France.
