This is the third vote, after two yesterday, which however have not reached a quorum, regarding the extension of the state of emergency as of January 31 and the new measures contained in the Dpcm to deal with the coronavirus. In the Senate there were 138 votes in favor, only 2 against and 12 abstentions, while in the House there were 253 yes, no 3, 17 abstentions. The opposition did not vote following what has been said repeatedly: that is, without extension if there really is no emergency. In addition to the landslide, stricter rules are also emerging to curb the pandemic: the obligation to wear masks even outdoors, but only when you are near other people who do not live together and high fines (from 400 euros to 1,000 euros) for those who do not respect the rules.
