Rule number one: the mask you should always carry it with you. Rule number two: it should always be carried outdoors, unless you are staying in an isolated place or playing sports.
This is the main novelty of the decree that will be signed today by the Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. Given the increase in coronavirus infections that does not seem to stop, the government decides that from now on, being without nasal and oral protection will also be prohibited in outdoor spaces. It was also decided to add to the list of countries for which it will be mandatory to do the tampon when you return to Italy, Great Britain, Holland, Belgium, Croatia and the Czech Republic, as is already the case with Malta, Spain and some areas of France, including Paris.
Spacing
But all the attention to masks, considered essential to stop infections when there is no respect for spacing. And made mandatory above all to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among kids outside of schools and in nightlife venues, where people flock to bars and restaurants many times without any kind of precaution. In fact, the government has extended the ban on meeting, which however does not serve to prevent the proximity of two or three people. Therefore, the decree that will be signed today establishes that the mask must always be kept in a bag or pocket, respecting hygiene rules, and used when it is where other people are. The rule of interior use is confirmed: it must be maintained when entering the shops and in all other places open to the public, in the restaurant when leaving the table. Must be sustained by public transport, by train and by plane. It shouldn’t be held instead if you go by car or motorcycle with your family. Granted that it should not be used when riding a bike. Exceptions have been made for motor activity. And therefore it should not be put away when doing sports outdoors or indoors, when jogging, when walking in isolated places. Ready to use if you know other people. Who does not respect the prescriptions risks plus from 400 to 3,000 euros.
