Although new cases of coronavirus continue to increase in our country, with figures increasingly similar to those of the most critical phases of the emergency, the government is evaluating more restrictive measures to combat the epidemic.
However, to curb the contagion curve, there will be no anticipated closures of bars and restaurants. However, the ban on gathering outside the premises will remain in effect. The most relevant novelty contained in the new Dpcm will be that of the masks, which must also be worn outdoors, as is already the case in some territories. In fact, in Sicily, Lazio, Campania and Calabria, the protection device must also be used on the street and not only in indoor public places. In Piedmont, on the other hand, it must be used near schools, in parking lots and in all waiting areas, on and off public school transportation. In general, for those who do not respect the new regulations, decidedly high penalties are foreseen, which could range between 400 and 3,000 euros.
