The president of the Campania regional council, Vincenzo De Luca, has modified the anti-Covid-19 security regulations for the wedding ceremony by order. The new ordinance establishes that receptions and parties can also be held beyond the number of participants provided by ordinance n. 75 of September 29, 2020, provided the new requirements are met. Organizers of events and receptions must communicate to the regional crisis unit every seven days the calendar of events scheduled for the following week.
All the provisions provided by Ordinance no. 72 of September 24, 2020 are also extended, including the obligation, throughout the region, to wear the mask even in outdoor places, throughout the day, regardless of interpersonal distance. Violations are punishable by payment as an administrative penalty. of a muilta and the accessory administrative sanction of closing the business or activity of 5 to 30 days is applied.
