The situation in the territories

Regarding the situation in the territory, the highest number of cases is registered in the provinces of Bologna (32), Piacenza (24), Parma (11), Reggio Emilia (23), Modena (29), Rimini (16) and Forlì. (18).

All cases are in home isolation.

In the province of Modena, of 29 new positives, 10 returned from abroad (5 Ukraine, 2 Morocco, 1 Romania, 1 Albania, 1 Uganda), 8 are contacts of known cases linked to different family outbreaks, 5 were positive for screening by professional categories and school environment, 1 is a positive swab prior to admission and 5 are sporadic cases. Of the 29, 15 were asymptomatic.

In the Forlì area there are 18 positive cases. Seven positives belong to a new outbreak of employment identified in a company in Forlì, the same for three, related to another company. Two other positive cases are attributable to the large work outbreak identified in Forlì in recent days and one case was positive after returning from France, while five cases arose from contact with known positive cases (three of which from a family outbreak) .

In Rimini there are 16 new cases, of which 4 asymptomatic and 12 with symptoms. 15 are in home isolation and 1 hospitalized not for covid, but for other pathologies. These are 6 men and 10. In detail, 12 cases arose as contacts of already known cases (of which 8 in the family, 3 friends and 1 in a patient who returned from Umbria). One case arose from a swab performed for hospital admission for another pathology and another 3 cases arose from symptoms.
