As of December 1, those who pay with all electronic and digital means, if they make at least 50 transactions in six months, will be able to recover 10%: with 1,500 euros spent they will be able to recover 150 euros and 300 euros in one year. Then there will be the superbonus, so if you spend a lot, even on purchases as small as a single coffee, the first 100,000 per semester will have 1,500 each. Also, there are fifty million a year for a lottery with regular draws. We asked merchants to reduce commissions. We will create a mechanism in which you will only have to win with many incentives.
European funds
The Prime Minister is also optimistic about the next European funds: the Recovery plan, he explains, will certainly not consist of the six hundred projects published and whose dissemination we have already informed the prosecutor. We cannot allow piecemeal projects: we will add individual projects that will be much smaller in number and will provide a vision of the country, in line with EU guidelines. In order not to waste European funds, everything will change: we will have a regulatory structure dedicated to the Recovery plan, which will allow us to identify ad hoc issues and a path that will allow us to monitor implementation.
