In the last 24 hours there are 89 more positives (yesterday there were 108) on the coronavirus epidemic in Sicily: 9 refer to guests from Mission Esperanza y Caridad and a migrant from the Lampedusa hotspot. However, the number of victims is increasing: three in 24 hours (one in Palermo, one in Trapani but died in the Sicilian capital and one in Syracuse) for a total of 303 since the start of the pandemic.
There are currently 2,412 positives, of which 230 are hospitalized, 16 in intensive care and 266 in home isolation. The number of healed is also growing, +64 compared to yesterday.
Of the new cases registered on the island, 42 are in the province of Palermo, 16 in Catania, 0 in Agrigento, 1 in Messina, 2 in Syracuse, 9 in Ragusa, 15 in Trapani, 3 in Caltanissetta and 1 in Enna.
New Covid cases on the rise in Italy: 1,640 positives today against 1,392 yesterday, but with more than 16,000 more buffers (today 103,696). The total since the beginning of the epidemic amounts to 302,537. Deaths are also on the rise, 20 today (compared to 14 yesterday), for a total of 35,758. The number of healed also continues to grow, 995 in the 24 hours (yesterday 967), which is 220,665 in total. This is what emerges from the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
