Scary moments yesterday afternoon around 6 pm in via Monfalcone, corner via Podgora, in Foggia. During a public order service, a local police patrol saw two non-EU citizens camped out on the sidewalk drinking beer to loud music.
When the agents approached to invite them to adopt a more dignified attitude, the two attacked, taking advantage of the presence of fifty other foreigners.
Shot, threatened and insulted, the local policemen managed to defend themselves and contain the violent reaction thanks to the use of batons. When the police cars arrived, the two fled, disguising themselves in the crowd and losing their way.
