Increase in new cases of coronavirus in Sicily: in the last 24 hours there are 108 more positives (yesterday there were 75) and 5 concern the guests of the Mission Hope and Charity. But it should be noted that it was recorded the tampon record, well 7000. This is what emerges from the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
There are currently 2,390 positives of which 224 are hospitalized, 15 in intensive care and 2,151 in home isolation. Unfortunately, there is a new victim to register and the total death toll rises to 300. The number of those recovered is also growing, + 65 compared to yesterday.
Of the new cases registered, 63 are in the province of Palermo, 13 in Catania, 3 in Agrigento, 3 in Messina, 1 in Ragusa, 12 in Trapani, 1 in Caltanissetta and 12 in Enna.
Slight increase in new cases of Covid in the rest of Italy: 1,392 today, against 1,350 yesterday, but with many more buffers: 87,303, almost 32,000 more than yesterday. Thus, the quota of 300 thousand infections since the beginning of the epidemic was exceeded: the total number of cases is 300,897.
Fewer deaths today, 14 vs. 17 yesterday, for a total of 35,738. Net increase in cures, 967 (yesterday they were 352), 219,670 in total.
