The Sports Judge, having read the documents relating to the match Soc. Hellas Verona and Soc. Roma and considering that the company Roma has hired a player not registered on the “List of 25” communicated by certified email on September 14, 2020 at 12.14, despite the fact that it had become “over 22”, in violation of the prohibition of use mentioned in point 8 of the Official Notice FIGCN 83 / A of November 20, 2014, later modified with the Official Notice FIGC no. 76 of June 21, 2018;
It therefore considered having to apply the sanction for the loss of the match provided for in point 9 of the aforementioned FIGCN 83 / A Official Notice;
