The Bianchi brothers were transferred to the isolation section of Rebibbia prison. Iene.it spoke with Dr. Macrì, who was contacted by the family of an inmate who complains of having been attacked: “They beat him and ended up in the infirmary.” This is what he told us
“There was a riot the day before yesterday in Rebibbia, the other prisoners They don’t want the White brothers there. In the confusion, a child of Moroccan origin, Mohamed, was beaten by the whites: they beat him ”. Talking to Iene.it is Claudio Cipollini Macrì, president of the Legal Consulting firm and director of the non-profit group “Detenuti libero”, which offers free assistance to prisoners. “Now they are doing internal investigations in prison, the Bianchi brothers were placed in isolation in section C9 of Rebibbia ”.
Marco and Gabriele Bianchi have been transferred to the prison isolation section as expected upon arrival at the institution. Before, they had to respect the mandatory quarantine to prevent contagion inside the prison: “They were in section C12 of Rebibbia, the transit section where preventive isolation must be respected during this period”, Dr. Macrì tells us. But during the period of isolation, it seems, allegedly attacked the prisoner.
“Mohamed’s family contacted me because I have this non-profit group and they told me the story of the attack,” explains Dr. Macrì. “They asked me for advice on what to do and now we are evaluating together pending the result of the internal investigation of the prison. Meanwhile, the Bianchi brothers have taken Article 14 bis, which is the danger inside the prison. “
“Mohamed was treated in the Rebibbia infirmary”, Macrì tells us again. Obviously, getting hit by a martial arts athlete is not like getting hit by an ordinary person. They are people with athletic training, Mohamed is relatively well but if they forgave him, it was better. In the section where the confrontation took place there are many inmates, many Italians, and they beat one of Moroccan origin ”. Now the detainee’s family would be considering file a complaint for what happened.
In short, it seems that there is no peace around the Bianchi brothers: both are imprisoned in Rebibbia because they are accused of the murder of Willy Duarte, the Death to blows of 21 years at night between September 5 and 6 in Colleferro. In addition to them, Mario Pincarelli and Francesco Belleggia were arrested: the accusation against them is voluntary homicide, with the aggravation of futile causes. On the other hand, the racial aggravating circumstance is not discussed. Brothers Bianchi and Pincarelli are in prison in Rebibbia, while Belleggia has been placed under house arrest.
